Head of Controlling

Bei unserem Kunden handelt es sich um einen international tätigen, am Markt hervorragend positionierten Maschinenbaubetrieb mit Sitz im Grossraum Chur. Zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams suchen wir einen facherprobten, durchsetzungsstarken und teamfähigen Head of Controlling.
Aufgaben
Dabei sind Sie für das operative und strategische Controlling der verschiedenen Geschäftseinheiten innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe verantwortlich. Als Sparring-Partner unterstützen den CFO sowie die Geschäftsleitung und stehen dem Management bei Entscheidungen hinsichtlich Strategien und Zielen mit Ihrem kompetenten Rat zur Seite. Zudem führen Sie die Abteilung Controlling mit einigen Mitarbeitenden und sorgen für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des entsprechenden Bereichs. Weiter übernehmen Sie die Finanz
- sowie Liquiditätsplanung der gesamten Gruppe und verantworten den Budgetprozess. Die Gesamtverantwortung für das Business Intelligence Reporting komplettiert Ihren Aufgabenbereich.
Qualifikation
Unser Wunschkandidat verfügt über eine höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung im Bereich Controlling, Finance oder Accounting, kombiniert mit mehrjähriger Berufspraxis im internationalen Controlling. Sie konnten idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Medtech Branche sammeln und kennen sich mit Microsoft D365 sowie Power BI bestens aus. Mit Ihren ausgeprägten konzeptionellen und analytischen Fähigkeiten sowie Ihrer prozessorientierten Denkweise wissen Sie weiter zu überzeugen. Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
