Bei Inventx gestaltest Du den digitalen Wandel in der Finanz- und Versicherungsindustrie mit. An der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Banking/ Insurance sorgst Du mit uns dafür, dass unsere Kunden sich rund um die Uhr auf ihre IT-Infrastrukturen verlassen können und zu digitaler Innovation befähigt werden.

Als Head of Marketing & Kommunikation begeisterst Du unsere Anspruchsgruppen mit Deinen kreativen Ideen sowie Deiner Umsetzungsstärke. Deine Leidenschaft für die unterschiedlichen Marketing-Disziplinen sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-, Finanz- oder Versicherungsbranche möchtest Du bei anspruchsvollen Marcom-Projekten einsetzen. Was ist dein Gestaltungsraum?
  • Ausbau einer starken Inventx-Marke: Dein Ziel ist die Etablierung der Inventx AG als führende Stimme im Bereich Artificial Intelligence, Fintech und Insuretech für unsere Kunden, Mitarbeitenden und die Medien.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der 360-Marketingkampagnen: Du bist für die Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung integrierter Marketing-und Kommunikationsprojekte zuständig, sowie deren Erfolgsmessung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung.
  • Produktmarketing aufbauen: Gemeinsam mit der Verkaufsorganisation bringst du verschiedene Produkt-bezogene Marketingaktivitäten voran um die Sales Aktivitäten zu unterstützen.
  • Content Creation und Events: Aufbereitung von Content (Text, Bild, Video) für die unterschiedlichen Stakeholder sowie Planung und Durchführung von internen und externen Marketingevents.
  • Kommunikationskanäle und Community Building: zusammen mit deinem Team bist du für die Bewirtschaftung und Weiterentwicklung unserer internen und externen Kommunikationskanäle wie Unternehmenswebsite, Social Media und Sharepoint zuständig.
  • Teamführung: Du entwickelst, unterstützt und begleitest ein 4-köpfiges Team und stellst das Erreichen der jährlichen Marketingziele sicher. Zudem bist du die Kontaktperson für unsere PR- und Kreativeagenturen. 
Was bringst du mit?
  • Macher:in-Mentalität: Du packst gerne selber an und arbeitest mit hoher Selbständigkeit.
  • Erfahrung: Fundierte und langjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing sowie entsprechendes Know-how als Kommunikationsspezialist:in.
  • Branchenkenntnis: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Branche sowie ein Flair für Technologie sind erwünscht, Erfahrung in der Finanz- und/oder Versicherungsindustrie sind von Vorteil.
    Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (Stufe HF, FH, Uni).
  • Kreativität und Struktur: Du bringst deine kreativen Ideen proaktiv ein und findest die Balance zwischen strukturiertem Denken und gesundem Pragmatismus.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du bist eine kommunikations- und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit und bist bereit an unterschiedlichen Standorten im Circle am Flughafen Zürich, in Chur, St. Gallen sowie Bern zu arbeiten.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsche Muttersprache und gute Englischkenntnisse.
