Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a

**Finance Manager**:
to lead the integration and operational activities of an Ethicon Business.

This individual will need to be able to navigate a complex matrix structure. They will own the financial management of a Legal Entity in Netherlands and act as a bridge between the entity’s operations and corporate reporting. This individual will partner with the Supply Chain and other various functions for financial management. Location for this role is Switzerland but operations are in Netherlands which will require travel potentially up to 30%

**Responsibilities**:
This person will serve as a strategic leader to the Supply Chain, R&D, and various other functions and the finance teams to accomplish the following:

- Responsible for the compliant management of the Financial Statements
- Have strong understanding of Supply Chain or Costing Accounting
- Integrate processes and systems of the acquired Legal Entity into the Enterprise systems (Financial reporting, Workday, eMarketplace, etc)
- Align and integrate systems including setting up a MRP/ERP system for inventory reporting when product is commercialized
- Lead the Standard Cost Setting Process
- Partner with Key Stakeholders and build/lead a Team to:

- Ensure timely and accurate settlements of accounts payable
- Manage business licenses & sales and use tax returns
- Close the books for the month in an accurate and compliant manner
- Inventory reporting including owning Gross and Reserves
- Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation
- Manage financial statements in local ERP including booking journal entries
- Manage inventory related transactions local system
- Prepare Corporate Reporting Submissions
- Royalty/Milestone calculations and payments to third parties (if applicable)
- Engage with Business and Finance leadership on framing of financial results
- Align the business with J&J Compliance Standards
- Supervise payroll related activities including engagement with Payroll Vendor
- Create and manage cash needs forecast
- Tools - expertise in Exact Online, JDE, & Excel and other MS Office Suite knowledge

**Qualifications**
- A minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required. Preferably with a major in accounting or finance.
- An MBA, PMP, CPA, and/or CMA is preferred.
- Experience with direct reports is preferred
- 5 years of corporate finance experience is preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint and Excel knowledge is required.
- Experience preparing upper level presentations is preferred.
- Experience with SAP and or JD Edwards is preferred.
- Up to 30% Travel is required
