Switzerland, Visp**Randstad Inhouse Services** is looking for a QA Project Lead (M/F/d) for** Lonza AG** (100%). This is a temporary position until the end of 2023 with an **opportunity to extend**.

**Key responsibilities**
- Act as change manager, lead project team, develop, shared best practices cross Visp Bio teams
- Contribute to harmonized / standardized KPI’s definition
- Use harmonized / standardized KPI’s to define improvement initiatives and action plan
- Deploy Lonza culture and code of conduct
- Ensure compliance to applicable regulations (cGMP, EHS, SOX, ISO)
- Identify and report to QA Project Lead Manager potential new project/initiative
- Drive assigned projects/initiatives/deviation
- Follow Visp Bio SC PMO framework
- Ensure target achievements (scope, time, quality, cost, benefits)
- Identify key roadblocks and drive decision process
- Escalade deviation to Line Manager and PMO
- Create SOP’s, WI’s and trainings documentation, train relevant impacted roles
- Ensure business/operation continuity as per assigned temporary duties

**Key requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Biologics, advanced study in Supply Chain preferred.
- Work experience in a highly regulated industry, preferred Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry
- QA experience in a manufacturing site
- Production/Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing site
- Good knowledge of SAP MM, PP, QA
- PMI certification / Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Key player and structured problem solving approach
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics (KPI’s) and identify issues through root cause analysis
- Ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports
- Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint as well as ERP/MES and other Supply Chain systems
- Fluent **English **and **German **knowledge mandatory
