HOST/ALL ROUNDER (40-60%)

Ariv Coliving is a Swiss founded and based hospitality project that offers unique long stay and short stay experiences. It combines the convenience of a hotel with the privacy of a residential flat with a strong community focus.

It is our mission to re-define co-living and to be a pioneer in this field. In order to bring this vision to live, we are looking for an ambitious, driven person who can help us take this concept to the next level.

We currently have one co-living in Basel, with 150 units and are busy preparing the pre-opening for our second location which is due to open at the beginning of 2024.

WHAT ARE YOUR TASKS:
As part of our team, you'll get hands-on experience with every aspect of running a modern and innovative hospitality solution. From assisting with check-ins and check-outs, helping with our food concept to providing top-notch customer service, you'll learn how to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
- Assistance with check-in / check-out
- Support of the guests for all requests (information, services, etc.)
- Service at the bar and preparation of small community events
- Support with various administrative tasks
- Helping us shape the future of the co-living sector with your inputs and creative ideas

WHAT WE EXPECT:
We're looking for someone with a "host" mentality and a customer-first attitude.
You should be:

- warm and authentic, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
- flexible and adaptable,
- speak fluent English and communicative German
- have a ‘hands on’ attitude.
