Versorgungssicherheit, Nachhaltigkeit, sowie das Risikomanagement und die Optimierung der Wertschöpfungskette unter dem Fokus von Procurement Excellence sind Beiträge des Bereich Sourcing Indirects zum Erfolg der BIOTRONIK.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Verantwortlich innerhalb Sourcing Indirects für die Verfügbarkeit von Material und Dienstleistungen und die Weiterentwicklung des Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Definition und Umsetzung von 'Strategie und Risiko' sowie selbständige Verantwortung und Bearbeitung für definierte Warengruppen und den dazugehörigen Lieferanten
- Definition, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Supplier Relationship Management (Evaluation, Bewertung und Portfolio) mit Konzentration auf Schlüssellieferanten und Konsolidierung der Nachfrage in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Fachabteilungen
- Beschaffungsmarktanalysen und Ausschöpfen von Kostensenkungspotential unter der Total Cost of Ownership Betrachtung zur Erreichung der jährlichen Ziele und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Budgetvorgaben
- Teilnahme an Lieferantenaudit in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Supplier Quality Assurance
- Internationale Verhandlungen inklusive Vertragsmanagement mit globaler Reisetätigkeit von max. 10%
- Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams bei Technologie-, Material-, Dienstleistung
- oder Produktentwicklungsprojekten zur Sicherstellung von Innovation, Produktivität und Herstellkostensenkung
- Allgemeine Prozess
- und Logistikoptimierungen, sowie Einkaufsadministration inkl. Controlling

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium als Betriebswirt (BWL/VWL) oder Ingenieur mit Weiterbildung in Einkauf/BWL oder kaufmännische/technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung in Einkauf/BWL
- 3- 5-jährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Strategische Beschaffung für indirektes Material
- Fundierte Erfahrungen in Global Sourcing und Projektmanagement, sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
- Erweitertes Verständnis der Supply Chain mit pharmazeutischen, bio-chemischen und/oder materialwissenschaftlichen Hintergrund wünschenswert
- Überzeugendendes Auftreten bei Verhandlungen und Präsentationen
- Stilistischere Deutsch
- und Englishkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit in einer Corporate Matrixorganisationen wünschenswert
- SAP Modul MM (weitere SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert) sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365 und e-Procurement Anwendungen
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise und einem hohen Grad an Eigeninitiative
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz, hoher Grad an Teamfähigkeit
