Based near Lake Neuchâtel, the company enjoys a picturesque setting for its innovative production. **Your Activities at Your Future Employer**
- You will manage all sales activities in Switzerland, both in the field and in the office, ensuring efficient handling of spare parts and service department
- You will collaborate with teams to monitor and develop sales figures
- You will set ambitious goals for the entire sales team
- You will serve as a key account manager for the entire Swiss market, engaging in direct sales
- You will lead project offers and oversee order placements by key clients
- You will participate in exhibitions and organize client seminars, enhancing customer engagement
- You will work closely with the global customer service team to handle complaints effectively
- You will coordinate resource planning services in collaboration with field services and end customers

- Proficiency in languages relevant to the Swiss market is essential (French and German)
