**Dein neues Aufgabenfeld**
- Umsetzung von globalen Strategien und entsprechende Umsetzung in den lokalen Prozessen
- Mitwirkung an interdisziplinärer Projektarbeit für Prozessoptimierungen (lokal und global)
- Proaktive Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden / Teams / Partnern auf globalem wie auch auf lokalem Level
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Analysen zur Bereitstellung von Basisdaten für Entscheidungen des Managements
- Reporting und Controlling
- Koordinieren und leiten von Arbeitsgruppen, um durch ein gemeinsames Handeln die besten Ergebnisse zu erzielen
- Projektmanagement (einschliesslich Koordination, Steuerung und Überwachung) zur Erfüllung der Projektziele (z. B. geforderte Zeit, Qualität und vorausgesetzter Inhalt)
- Kontinuierliche Entwicklung aller Mobilitätsthemen im Rahmen unserer Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und Steigerung der internen Kundenzufriedenheit
- Ausbau der Digitalisierung im Bereich der Mobilität
- Schnittstellenpartner zwischen dem globalen Fleet und Travel Management, Mitarbeitenden, internen Stellen (Accounting, Controlling, P&O etc.) und unseren Lieferanten
- Lokale Verhandlungen
- Management der Firmenfahrzeuge aller Siemens Gesellschaften in der Schweiz (ca. 1400 Fahrzeuge)
- Betreuung aller lokalen Travel-Manager-Themen wie z. B. Corporate Card, Online Buchungstool, Reiserichtlinie, Flug, Hotel, Mietwagen, Bahn usw.

**Deine Talente und Erfahrungen**
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen und Know-how im Fleet und Travel Management
- Mindestens fünf Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie fliessende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Zielorientiertes Arbeiten mit ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team über Hierarchieebenen hinweg
- Solide Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Projekten mit globalen und lokalen Anpassungsanforderungen
- Interkulturelle Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Digital Native mit dem Bestreben, die Mobilitätsthemen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und zu digitalisieren
- Interesse an Umweltthemen und deren Integration innerhalb der Mobilität
