**Position Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our GPS Swiss team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Compiling of management budget and projections in association with the Distribution company
- Co-ordination and calculation of the monthly inventory obsolescence reserve
- Capturing and postings accruals for warehouse, distribution, and other operational accruals
- Reporting of monthly management results, comparing against latest projection
- Completion of certain account reconciliations associated to inventory
- Assisting in the calculation and input of intercompany sales and cogs and other items for various Budget and projections
- Supporting internal and external audit requests
- Assisting the Boudry Finance Management Team in ad hoc tasks
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Experience with SAP and Hyperion or similar systems
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Accounting qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an Accounting role
