Nous recherchons pour un client grand compte basé en Suisse dans la commune de BOUDRY, un Customer Deliveries Employee à temps plein en CDI ( H/ F).

**Poste**:

- Traiter les commandes clients dans Salesforce
- Etablir les demandes d’offres aux clients dans SAP
- Recherche de calcul de prix SAP
- Expédition (douane, transporteur)
- Etablir les documents d'envoi et de transport des commandes clients
- Vérification de l'état d'approvisionnement

**Profil recherché**:
Au bénéfice d'un CFC d'employé de commerce ou technique avec une bonne maîtrise des tâches administratives.

Expérience dans le domaine industriel avec des connaissances en import/export.

Capable de lire un dessin technique.

A l'aise à l'oral comme à l'écrit avec l'anglais (min B2) constitue un réel avantage.

Maîtrise des outils MS Office et utilisation de SAP.

Méthodique et polyvalent ainsi qu'une excellente gestion des priorités et des imprévus.

Orienté clients et aisance dans les contacts humains.

Autonome et proactif.

Facilité d'adaptation et capacité à gérer le stress.

- Gestion des expéditions

Salaire : à partir de CHF5'000.00 par mois
