Proclinical AG is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as an **Contract Manager**. This is a **12 Month Contract **with the possibility to extend and/or internalization.

**Objectives**:

- Streamline and standardize contract management processes across GMA.
- Enhance control over contract aspects including financials, terms, execution, signatures, and archiving.
- Improve efficiency and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and oversee all contracts within GMA, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Provide support to GMA teams in the negotiation and establishment of new agreements.
- Serve as a liaison between the Research & Development team and Procurement, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes, including archiving and documentation management.
- Oversee Research Collaboration (RC) agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Provide support for Purchase Order (PO) processes and interface with the Brickwork system as needed.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Undertake any additional payroll-related tasks delegated by the manager.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in contract management.
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to contract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: 100%, Temporary / Staffing
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: CHF70.00 - CHF75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
