**The Company**:
**Job Purpose**:

- The individual will primarily provide day-to-day assistance to the Legal and Compliance team for all ArrowResources group companies.
- While reporting directly to the General Counsel. the role is split between supporting the company secretarial and compliance functions, while also providing the requisite administrative support for the entire team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Legal**
- International corporate subsidiary maintenance for Switzerland, Canada, USA, UK, Belgium, France, Greece, China, and Singapore.
- Drafting, reviewing, and filing corporate documentation with support from local corporate counsel where required.
- Drafting board of director and shareholder resolutions.
- Preparing minutes of meetings of any board of directors and/or shareholders, as well as written circular resolutions.
- Preparing AGMs and EGMs.
- Drafting and filing annual reports and notices of changes of directors and officers.
- Maintaining corporate files for the team (both electronic and hard copy).
- Assisting in responding to auditors' requests for information.
- Assisting with the record keeping and filing of the entire Legal and Compliance functions.

**Compliance**:

- Performing risk-based customer due diligence on new and existing counter parties in accordance with the on-boarding policy and procedures.
- Navigating public databases and internal systems to identify and verify due diligence information.
- Developing and maintaining a good understanding of anti-money laundering and financial crime legislation, and a comprehensive understanding of client due diligence requirements.
- Documenting and filing all due diligence evidence.
- Drafting appropriate due diligence requests to be sent to customers and communicating with the front office in support of their customers.
- Ensuring records are maintained in accordance with the on-boarding policy and procedures.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- A degree; and/or 3 - 5 years’ relevant legal or industry experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Native speaker in English with strong drafting skills in English, with real attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize daily workload in an efficient and timely manner.
- Good organizational skills.
- A self-starter, able to demonstrate good levels of initiative and motivation, but also work closely with the wider team.
- Proven ability to deal with confidential matters.

- Experience of working in a pressurized and delivery-focused environment.
