**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Du leitest die Bereichsleiter:innen in den Abteilungen IT Management, IT-Projektleitung, Rechnungswesen & Facility Management.
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Monats
- und Jahresabschlüsse gegenüber Bereichsleitenden, Geschäftsleitung, Geschäftsführung und Verwaltungsrat gemäss OR.
- Du sicherst die Revisionsfähigkeit in Bezug auf ordentliche Revision, AHV, MwSt. und Steuern.
- Als fachlich souveräne:r Sparringpartner:in bist du für die Geschäftsführung aus finanzieller Sicht mit kurz
- und langfristiger Perspektive da.
- Du agierst als Sparringpartner für die Geschäftsführung aus IT-Sicht und gewährleistest die reibungslose Funktionsfähigkeit der IT.
- Du arbeitest an der zukunftsfähigen Weiterentwicklung aller digitalen Geschäftsanwendungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung IT.

**Deine Skills**:

- Du hast einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Fachhochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen.
- Du bringst Führungserfahrung in der Leitung mehrerer Teams mit.
- Du hast sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse.
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen und Controlling.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit bereichsübergreifenden und strategischen Fragestellungen sowie Projekten.
- Du hast Branchenerfahrung in der Gastronomie/Retail und im KMU-Umfeld.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind fliessend in Wort und Schrift.
