Für unseren Kunden, ein internationales Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Raum Zürich mit über 1000 Mitarbeitern, suchen wir in einem 100% Pensum per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen erfahrenen, engagierten und kommunikativen

Head of Finance

Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

Verantwortung für das täglich Finanzbusiness, inkl. Steuern, IKS und Treasury
Ansprechperson und Beratung für das Business in Finanzthemen
Budgetierung und Forecast
Finanzstrategien erarbeiten und umsetzen
Reportings für die Gruppe erstellen
Führungs
- und Planungsverantwortung des Finanzteams
Diverse Projektaufgaben

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

Betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung HF, FH oder Uni oder eine Weiterbildung zum Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling
Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion mit OR und IFRS
Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld
Sehr starke Führungs
- und Sozialkompetenzen
Selbständige, prokative und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Gutes Analytische Fähigkeiten, betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
Versiertes EDV-Kenntnisse (ERP-Kenntnisse)
Fliessende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
