**Your new responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the platform architecture of the core assets that form the foundation for building the products and systems.
- Map the long-term aspects of structural elements (non-functional requirements) to a short iterative, risk-based, continuous development process to create products and systems.
- Handle the business directions of segments into an architecture that establishes interoperable products and systems.

**Your skills**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology or computer science.
- Validated experience in systems engineering management, systems architecture, enterprise architecture.
- A high level of proficiency in the relevant technologies and trends that reshape systems and enterprise architecture applied to building automation
- You are familiar with establishing enterprise and systems architecture in product and systems development based on the SAFe development process and methodology.
- You are well-versed in leading teams (individuals) and leading a department (managers of managers).
- Valuable expertise in product management, general business management, and strategic marketing.
- Preferably, you bring domain knowledge in building automation, HVAC, lighting, shading, fire safety, access control, and security; controls contracting business.
