We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager with a passion for the tourism and transportation industries.

**Requirements**:
**- Swiss driver’s license D or D1 (along with BPT 121)**
- Excellent knowledge of Swiss geography
- Native speaker of French or German
- Fluency in English

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning drivers’ schedules
- Communicating with and supervising drivers
- Implementing periodic driver assessments
- Conducting periodic vehicle inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs

**Type**: Fixed contract opportunity (50-80%)

**Location**: Ittigen (Bern), with remote work possible by agreement. Regular travel to Geneva and Zurich is required.

**Job Type**: 60-80%

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends

License/Certification:

- Swiss driver’s license D or D1 (along with BPT 121) (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in 3063 Ittigen, BE
