We're expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join us. As a member of our **operations team**, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a growing company that values its employees and encourages personal and professional growth.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via various channels
- Handling customer bookings, changes, and cancellations
- Providing information about our services and assisting customers in making informed decisions about their travel plans
**About you**:
- Proven Expertise in **Swiss Travel and Tourism**:
- Fluency in English
**Contract Details**:
This is a **60-80% contract **position.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: CHF35.00 per hour
