**V-ZUG Global Product Management**:

- Die Abteilung Global Product Management (GPM) der V-ZUG AG spielt eine Schlüsselrolle bei der strategischen Entwicklung und dem Management des Produktportfolios des Unternehmens auf globaler Ebene. Das GPM ist dafür verantwortlich, innovative Haushaltsgeräte zu konzipieren, zu entwickeln und erfolgreich auf den Markt zu bringen.**Das bietet dir die Stelle**:

- Du unterstützt die Global Head of Product Management bei kategorienübergreifenden Strategien und Taktiken wie der Durchführung von Analysen, die Festlegung von Prioritäten und die Entwicklung von fundierten Empfehlungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Gesamtstrategie effektiv und effizient umgesetzt wird
- Du definierst die langfristige Produktstrategie des Bereichs Küche, indem du Markanalysen, Kundenfeedback und branchenweite Trends bewertest. Hierfür setzt du klare Richtlinien, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte nicht nur die Bedürfnisse des Marktes, sondern auch die langfristigen Visionen und Ziele des Unternehmens widerspiegeln
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering Department treibst du innovative Produktentwicklungsprojekte voran und entwickelst ein tiefes Verständnis für Qualität, Funktionalität und Design der Produkte
- Du überwachst den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Ideenfindung bis zur Markteinführung. Du entwickelst Marketingstrategien mit, um die Positionierung der Produkte zu stärken und die Markteinführung erfolgreich zu gestalten
- Durch kontinuierliche Marktbeobachtungen sorgst du dafür, dass V-ZUG stets über aktuelle Trends und Entwicklungen informiert ist und nimmst bei Bedarf proaktiv Produktverbesserungen und Sortimentsanpassungen vor
- Du verstehst dich als Mentor:in und unterstützt deine Teammitglieder dabei, ihr volles Potenzial zu entfalten, indem du ambitionierte Ziele setzt, Herausforderungen schaffst und deine Expertise mit ihnen teilst

**Das bringst du für die Stelle mit**:

- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in Marketing oder Produkt Management
- Du bringst nicht weniger als 5 Jahre profundes Know-how im Product-/Category Management oder Product Marketing mit
- Du suchst stets nach neuen Wegen, um Prozesse zu verbessern und Innovationen voranzutreiben - ganz nach dem Motto: „Wer rastet, der rostet“
- Ein analytischer Verstand ist deine Geheimwaffe, um mit Faktenwissen nicht nur Probleme zu lösen, sondern auch emotionale Diskussionen zu entschärfen
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste Führungserfahrung mit, bist menschenorientiert und möchtest andere erfolgreich machen
- Deine Fähigkeit, fesselnde Strategien, visionäre Konzepte, durchdachte Business Cases und präzise Briefing-Dokumente zu erschaffen, basiert auf einem harmonischen Zusammenspiel von datengestützten Erkenntnissen und reicher Erfahrung
- Du magst es, deine Ideen anderen vorzustellen und schaffst es, dein Publikum für diese zu gewinnen
- Du sprichst fliessend und schreibst flüssig in Deutsch und Englisch
