**Responsibilities**:
SG Zurich Branch (CIB) provides innovative financial solutions, advisory services and capital market products serving the needs of its corporate, institutional and private clients. Present in Switzerland since 1927 SGCIB Zurich Branch offers local and cross-border expertise providing a full range of financial services to its clients with a particular focus on securities, services to foreign funds, trade finance and cash management services.

Cash Management includes all the processes companies use to improve their treasury management. It allows companies to have better control of their financial and cash flows and to improve their information gathering. In a group of companies, Cash management can be used to manage risks such as liquidity risk. It is also used to control interest and exchange rates which may affect the company.

The Swiss Payments & Cash Management team deliver and support transactional banking products and services that are provided to our corporate customers including:

- Bank account management
- Execution and settlement of payment orders and collection services
- Secure electronic channels for the exchange of balances and payment orders
- Financing arrangements where we provide intraday and overnight facilities;
- Domestic and international inter-company cash pooling

**Period of internship: 18 months**

**Main Mission**:
You will be able to bring your expertise and learn a lot on the Swiss Regulatory environment in which Banks evolve nowadays as well as the Payments processing. You will also gain Commercial exposure and interactions with different stakeholders.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:
You will be fully part of our team and your efforts will be expected in the following fields:

- Support our clients in the onboarding process with the Bank
- Support the KYC onboarding and review collection process: KYC (Know Your Customer) represents a wide range of controls and due diligences that enables Société Générale to conduct business with its corporate clients;
- Get familiar with our customer services processes and support them in the control of transactions processed for our clients as required per our Compliance policies

**Profile required**:
**Studies & experience**:

- University degree with a specialty in Law / Compliance

**Language skills**:

- Fluency in English and French
- German - nice to have
