**Deine Mission**:
Mit viel Drive und Passion sowie ausgewiesener Erfahrung in digitalen Transformationsvorhaben entwickelst du die künftigen digitalen Kundenprozesse mit. In deiner Rolle agierst du als Brückenbauer/in zwischen dem Kunden
- und Servicemanagement, der IT und den Fachbereichen. In interdisziplinären Teams analysierst und entwickelst du ganzheitliche Prozesse für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden. So schaffst du Effizienz und Einfachheit und leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag an die Realisierung unserer strategischen Unternehmensziele, die Steigerung der Prozesseffizienz und die Senkung der Durchführungskosten.

Zu unseren externen Partnern und Dienstleitungserbringern pflegst du enge Kontakte und setzt auf eine partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit. Dazu gehören nebst den Kernapplikationen der 1. Säule auch Business Applikationen und Technologien, die ein durchgängiges Kundenerlebnis ermöglichen. Über Entwicklungen im Umfeld der 1. Säule wie auch in für uns relevanten Branchen weisst du bestens Bescheid und nutzt dieses Wissen gezielt in der Planung und Umsetzung von Prozessen und weiteren Vorhaben.

In der Business
- und Prozess-Analyse fühlst du dich zu Hause. Dank deiner Erfahrung setzt du anspruchsvolle Transformationsvorhaben erfolgreich in die Praxis um. Als kommunikative und umsetzungsstarke Person treibst du die Entwicklung voran und erarbeitest in interdisziplinären Teams pragmatische und praxisnahe Lösungen.

Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Business
- und Prozess-Analyse im (Sozial-)Versicherungs-umfeld mit und konntest dich in der Leitung von Projekten beweisen. Fachlich kennst du dich bestens mit der Gestaltung digitaler Kundenerlebnisse aus. Agile Arbeitsmethoden (Kanban, Scrum) sind dir bekannt und du wendest diese erfolgreich an. Deine höhere Berufsbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (Uni, FH oder gleichwertiger Abschluss) runden dein Profil ab.
