Für unsere Abteilung Finance & Controlling bei der **Leister AG** suchen wir eine selbständige, motivierte Persönlichkeit mit Zahlenflair.

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Selbständiges Führen des Hauptbuches und führen / überwachen der Nebenbücher
- Verantwortlich für Einzelabschluss und Group Reporting (monatlich ER, halbjährlich Bilanz)
- Monatliche Kostenstellen
- und Projektreporting, Spartenrechnung
- Ausbau der Controlling-Tätigkeit, kontinuierliche, funktionsübergreifende Optimierung
- Business Partnering mit dem Geschäftsführer
- Sie rapportieren an den Group CFO und unterstützen das Group Controlling Team ausserdem in Themen aus dem Bereich operational und Financial Controlling / Reporting / Budgetierung

**Ihr Profil**
- Solide Buchhaltungsausbildung (FA Buchhaltung und/oder Experte/in F&R, FH, HF),
- Abschlusssicherheit: mehrjährige, qualifizierte Erfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion, wenn möglich im internationalen Konzernumfeld
- Solide ERP-Kenntnisse und hohe IT-Affinität,
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Betriebsbuchhaltung im industriellen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Interesse und Flair für Zahlen aber auch für Prozesse und guter Geschäftssinn
- Teamplayer mit selbständiger, zuverlässiger und dienstleistungsorientierter Arbeitsweise und hohem Mass an Eigenverantwortung
- Hands-on: Umsetzungsstarker Macher mit hoher analytischer und vernetzter Denkweise
