**Responsibilities**:

- Broad IT - Knowhow
- Developing IT solutions on the basis of business requirements, taking into account specifications and regulations
- Supporting the implementation of IT solutions (plan, build, run), contact person for suppliers and project managers
- Link between suppliers, TWI operations and the project streams
- Communication and consultation with customers and stakeholders
- Collaboration in the development of processes and specifications
- Collaboration, support and monitoring of Test & Acceptance
- Collaboration in the development of service concepts (detailed concepts)
- Supports the service as an architect from the description to the handover of operations
- Is the central contact person for the respective services (basic infrastructure, network and security services)
- Continuously improves the service design and implementation process

Qualifications:

- Completed IT education or equivalent education and training; several years of professional experience in the field of solution architects
- Broad IT know-how about current solutions, especially in the service environment of data centre solutions
- Knowledge of VMware (server virtualisation, end-user computing, container solutions), Windows server technology (server, AD, PKI, etc.), networks and firewalls
- Self-organisation, customer
- and solution-oriented
- Team player who accepts challenges, coordinates them and sees them through to completion
- Motivating and personable personality both towards stakeholders (e.g. TWI) as well as colleagues
