**Solution Designer / Solution Architect**:
Als Teil unseres Web Development Teams rockst du komplexe Web-Projekte und findest innovative Lösungswege für Probleme aller Art. Gemeinsam mit den Entwicklern und im direkten Kontakt mit Kundinnen und Kunden erarbeitest du erfolgsversprechende Umsetzungskonzepte. So bildest du die Schnittstelle zwischen den Projektleiter:innen und dem Entwicklungsteam.

**Das sind deine Aufgaben**
- Du arbeitest aktiv im technischen Anforderungsprozess mit.
- Du unterstützt die Projektmanger:innen in sämtlichen technischen Fragen.
- Du leistest technische Kundenberatung, um gemeinsam die beste Lösung zu erarbeiten.
- Du erstellst Lösungskonzepte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Dev-Abteilung.
- Du kümmerst dich um Low Code Solution Design via CMS-Administrationsoberfläche.
- Du bereitest Anforderungen auf und erstellst daraus die nötigen technischen Tasks.
- Du formulierst Epics, User Stories/Cases und Testcases.
- Du organisierst und begleitest Sprints und Anforderungspakete.

**Was du mitbringst**
- Du besitzt ausgewiesene Erfahrung mit CMS oder eCommerce-Software.
- Du hast ein hohes Verständnis für Software-Architekturen.
- Du besitzt ein hohes Verständnis für die technischen Anforderungen des jeweiligen Projekts.
- Du begeisterst dich für agile Arbeitsweisen.
- Du bringst eine ordentliche Portion an Programmiererfahrung mit.
- Du hast Freude an direktem Kundenkontakt und bist in der Lage, auch komplexere Sachverhalte anschaulich zu erklären.
- Du besitzt mindestens 5 Jahre aktive Berufserfahrung im Bereich «Web Projekte».
- Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Aufgabengebiet.
- Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr Arbeitserfahrung innerhalb einer Agentur gesammelt.
- Du bist sattelfest in Englisch oder Deutsch.
- Dein Wohnsitz befindet sich in der Schweiz.

**Was cool wäre**
- Du hast bereits Programmiererfahrung im Bereich Fullstack gesammelt.
- Du hast ein Flair für aktuelle Methoden und Trends, bist stets am technischen Puls der Zeit.
- Du hast schonmal von Craft CMS gehört und bestenfalls bereits Erfahrung damit.
- Shopware ist dir ein Begriff und du hast bestenfalls schon damit gearbeitet.
- Du bringst Erfahrung als Scrum Master oder Projektmanager/-in mit.
