- Division: Human Resources- Job Type: Limited-contractWe a currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for our Headquarter in Geneva. This position arises to cover a maternity leave of 7 months, **from August 2023 to end February 2024**. This role reports directly to the Chief HR Officer, is part of the HR Leadership Team and manages a HR Specialist. As HR Business Partner you oversee all Human Resources operations within your departments and ensure they are aligned with the company strategy and the business priorities. You are the primary point for contact for leaders and employees for all HR matters. You guide and advise them on people management and organizational changes. Your challenge and suggest solutions considering budget limitations and our company culture. In complement to the daily HR Operations, you oversee Global learning and development activities for OM Pharma Group.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Manage, coach and follow up a HR Specialist
- Conduct weekly meetings to check in with each business unit
- Consult regularly with management and provide guidance when appropriate
- Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions
- Assess and anticipate human resources-related needs; oversee recruitment efforts
- Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring
- Recruit and make compensation and benefit offers in line with the company policies
- Provide guidance to management in performance management and implement corrective needed actions
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with legal requirements; collaborate with the legal department when necessary
- Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
- Implement and roll out Learning programs as scheduled within the company
- Maintain privileged relationship with external consultants and learning providers
- Follow up and coordinate Talent Review and Talent Management activities across overall company
- Master’s in human resources, Economics, Management, Work Psychological or equivalent education
- At least 5 years’ experience as HR Business partner, ideally within an international company and/or within pharmaceutical industry
- Solid experience with broad HR practices and employee management
- Thorough knowledge of Swiss Labor legislation
- Business fluent in English and French

You hold excellent communication skills that enable you to influence the decisions and actions of others. You are comfortable in a role where you must deal with a lot of confidential and strategic issues and related emotions.
You describe yourself as a pragmatic, solution-oriented and agile person, capable of evolving in an "entrepreneurial" company. You are open, positive and thrive on interaction with employees, managers, and your own team.
