Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop and maintain data analytics tools, such as Power BI dashboards, to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Work closely with the Data Science and BI Manager to develop a long-term data strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize data sources that are most critical for business intelligence, reporting, and decision-making.
- Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Design and implement data models and data warehouses to ensure efficient and accurate data storage and retrieval.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support forecasting and predictive analytics.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, including senior management.

Specific Requirements
- A relevant university degree (or similar) in computer science, statistics, data science, natural sciences, or a related field
- 2- 3 Years of professional experience as a data scientist, preferably in a sustainability-related industry
- Strong experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Dash/Plotly, or Tableau
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python and R
- Interest in Machine Learning techniques, data structures, algorithms, and statistics
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and engaged for the mitigation of the climate crisis
- Team player with an independent, result-driven approach

Required start date

Immediately or upon agreement.
