We are looking for a EMEA Strategy & Project Deployment Advisor who will report to the EMEA Strategy & Project Deployment Lead, and who’ll lead strategic cross-functional projects for EMEA region while strengthening our strategic reflections with various industry research. Those projects are the key enablers of our regional transformation to support the fast growth of the region. They are hence heavily supported by our Management Committee members and often exposed to BRP top management.

**YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
STRATEGIC PROJECTS DEPLOYMENT (75%)

**Context**: In order to continue delivering the results expected by our region, EMEA’s Management Committee has identified the future growth levers to sustain our strategic 5-y plan. To drive them efficiently and rigorously, EMEA now needs to further strengthen its ability to define and execute each initiatives projects plans. While some growth levers are driven only by one function, most require strong cross-functional collaboration and problem solving (e.g. organizational transformation, new product launches, acceleration plan on a given product line / customer segment, logistics footprint redesign to serve growth purpose).

Lead strategic projects (plan, coordinate, analyze, package, communicate across the organization) such as business integrations, new business development opportunities and new business models/approaches for EMEA [and the sub-region it supports]
Support and challenge the set-up of new strategic projects plans to ensure it goes in the right direction to sustain our region fast growth

PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) / CONTROL TOWER (15%)

**Context**: International is deploying across its key regions a PMO to elevate the rigor with which BRP tracks key initiatives roll-out and review its performance management practices. EMEA will fully benefit from this deployment and ensure its regional implementation to act as a control tower of priority projects roll-out.

Support international team to deploy a Project Management Office / PMO with the support of a project management tool [with necessary reporting and KPIs] where we will track progress of key initiatives as identified by Management Committee
Support members of Management Committee / project lead who will need help in structuring project management of strategic initiatives

STRATEGIC PLANNING (10%)

**Context**: In recent years, the EMEA region has been on a journey to roll-out global processes and tools, as well as to standardize practices in a spirit of improving our operational effectiveness. EMEA is now taking a leadership role in defining future growth vectors and identify operational improvements opportunities.
Together with the EMEA Strategy & project deployment lead, support the strategic reflections around our current 5-yr strategic plan (Mission 2025) and contribute to building the next one by leading specific deep-dives and monitoring ongoing industry trends. Support EMEA business updates by reflecting functional priorities and directions.
Analyze and package relevant information to support EMEA Management Committee in strategic decision making as needed (prioritization exercises, allocation of human and financial resources, etc.)

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in strategic consulting, OR 8 to 10 years’ experience in strategy, business development, project/program management, and/or strategic planning
Experience in industries related to durable goods (Auto, Powersport, Bicycles, Watches, Powered Tools, etc.) or in the retail industries managing franchises is preferable but not required.
Bachelor's in Business Administration or a related field preferred, Master degree is a plus

**Mastering of Microsoft Office PowerPoint**: proven ability to build / package presentations for all hierarchy levels for various purposes (project launch, business cases presentation, senior management influencing, etc.)

**Mastering of Microsoft Office Excel**: Proven ability to structure analysis and business cases, fully autonomous in operational and financial data modeling to support initiatives roll-out
Ability to structure and manage a project with strong ability to influence various stakeholders
Demonstrating clear business acumen maturity to bring challen
