Fusion Arena VR bringt unvergessliche Erlebnisse in der Virtuellen Realität. Bis zu 5 Spieler können gemeinsam Abenteuer unternehmen. Wir verbinden virtuelle und haptische Elemente, Wärme und Wind, damit du glaubst wirklich dort zu sein. Nach dem Spiel gehts an die Bar für einen kühlen Drink. Die Fusion Arena gibt es aktuell in Zürich, Bern, und St. Gallen.

Aufgaben

Als Supervisor bist du für den Betrieb verantwortlich mit Fokus Kundenbetreuung und Mitarbeiterführung. Damit du dir vorstellen kannst, was in einem Unterhaltungsbetrieb anfällt, hier eine Auflistung:
**Die Basis Aufgaben**:

- Gäste Betreuung von Willkommen bis Byebye
- Mitarbeiter einzuarbeiten & Coaching
- Instruktion und Begleitung durchs Spiel
- Reinigung und Instandstellen der Spielersets
- Zubereiten von Getränken & Cocktails and der Bar
- Betreuung & Beratung unserer Gäste an der Bar und an den Tischen

**Die Management Aufgaben**:

- Führen des Betriebswirtlichaftliches Back Office des Centers von Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Whatsapp bis zu den Monatsabschlüssen (monatliches Rapportierung von Zahlen, Spesen, etc)
- Mitarbeiter Führung und Coaching
- Durchführung von Marketing und Promotions am Standort
- Verantwortlich für die Kundenzufriedenheit
- Verantwortlich für den einwandfreien Betrieb

**Die Arbeitszeiten**:

- Übliche Arbeitszeiten im Entertainment d.h Nachmittag bis Abend und natürlich Wochenende

Qualifikation

Du bist der geboren Gastgeber und ein Leader, der gerne Miterbeiter führt. Du hast Erfahrung in Gastronomie und Service und liebst es Kunden zu betreuen und ihnen ein emotionales Erlebnis zu schenken? Dann wärst du unser Wunschkandidat

- Die Fähigkeit auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und Ruhe zu behalten
