Nous sommes à la recherche de plusieurs AI Business Success Manager passionnés et dévoués pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous jouerez un rôle central dans l'interface entre nos clients et nos spécialistes en solutions d'IA, facilitant une transition harmonieuse vers des technologies plus intelligentes et plus efficaces.

En tant qu'AI Business Success Manager, votre objectif principal sera de garantir le succès de nos clients dans leur adoption et leur utilisation de l'IA. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec nos clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et défis spécifiques, et vous coordonnerez avec nos AI Business Solutions Specialists pour concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions d'IA qui répondent à ces besoins.

Votre rôle consistera également à organiser et à conduire des ateliers sur l'IA pour nos clients, afin de les aider à comprendre et à exploiter le potentiel de l'IA dans leur contexte spécifique. En outre, vous serez responsable de la gestion du changement chez nos clients, les guidant à travers les défis et les opportunités que la transition vers l'IA peut présenter.

Enfin, tout en ayant une compréhension de base de l'IA est bénéfique, nous sommes prêts à offrir une formation en IA à ceux qui sont passionnés et prêts à apprendre. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne orientée vers le service client, dotée d'excellentes compétences en communication, qui a une passion pour l'IA et souhaite contribuer à la transformation numérique des entreprises

**Responsabilités**:

- Organiser et coordonner les workshops clients sur l'IA, assurant une expérience engageante et informative pour tous les participants.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les AI Business Solutions Specialists pour assurer une livraison de projet fluide et efficace.
- Assurer un adoption sans faille des solutions d'IA que nous mettons en place chez nos clients.
- Diriger les efforts de gestion du changement pour aider nos clients à adopter de nouvelles technologies et processus.
- Assurer une communication constante et efficace avec nos clients pour comprendre leurs besoins, résoudre leurs problèmes et garantir leur satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Diplôme en gestion de projet, business, informatique ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience antérieure en gestion de projet et/ou en gestion du changement.
- Compréhension de base de l'IA, avec une volonté d'apprendre et de se développer dans ce domaine. Une formation sera fournie si nécessaire.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de la relation client.
- Forte orientation vers le service client et la résolution de problèmes.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l'anglais et français à l'écrit et à l'oral.
