For our client, a Microsoft Solutions Partner management consultancy with over 900 employees and locations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement experts to expand the Swiss consulting team

Tasks

As a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling national and international projects: from concept creation and execution, to implementation. You will support our customers with continuously optimizing CRM solutions. To this end, you will analyze the underlying customer needs and requirements and closely coordinate the concepts’ design with the responsible managers. Your core tasks will include planning and managing project staff. You will also train and support users.

**Requirements**:

- You have completed a degree in Business Information Systems or Computer Science, or have a similar education
- You ideally have experience in consulting for business and/or CRM solutions
- You have obtained expertise in change management and projects, and have acquired experience in processes in the construction industries
- You can critically and realistically assess project situations
- You have practical experience in implementing and operating Microsoft Business solutions You have sound knowledge of the Microsoft technology platform
- You are business-fluent in spoken and written English
- You are highly aware of quality, have a clear customer focus and think like an entrepreneur
- You are willing to travel - you like being on the road with the customer but don’t have to live out of your suitcase five days a week
