**Una Europa Project Coordinator**
**100 %**:UZH Global Affairs strengthens the university's global network and collaboration with partner institutions and international stakeholders with the aim to enhance our impact and visibility around the world. Our team coordinates the implementation of the Global Strategy 2030 across the university and supports the Executive Board in shaping the university's external relations.

**Your responsibilities**:
UZH has recently joined Una Europa, a leading European alliance which aims to shape the university of the future and build a shared inter-university campus. Global Affairs is looking for a Project Coordinator who will ensure the professional project management of the alliance's latest Erasmus Plus project on behalf of UZH. In this role you will:

- Manage the allocated project parts to UZH and coordinate the implementation of various activities, such as seed-funding, community building or outreach activities with all involved UZH stakeholders
- Take responsibility for the overall project management, including regular project and finance reports to Una Europa and the Swiss national agency
- Promote activities and opportunities related to Una Europa within UZH and beyond, and build bridges to non-academic partners and stakeholders outside of our university
- Coordinate the implementation of various activities with the other Project Coordinators based at the partner universities across Europe
- Collaborate closely with the Director and the Operational Lead for Una Europa at UZH as well as with the Project Coordinators at the alliance member universities and the General Secretariat of Una Europa. This includes the preparation of summary reports and management briefings for the Executive Board.

**Your profile**:

- You have a higher education degree (BA or MA) in Communications, International Relations, European Studies, Business Administration or related fields, and at least three years of working experience within the higher education and research area. Knowledge of EU education and research policies or projects is an additional asset.
- You have a proven track record in successful project management and are able to deliver cross-functional projects with various stakeholders with impact and on time.
- Communication comes easily to you. Working with people from various backgrounds enriches your day and you love talking to and presenting in front of various stakeholders and audiences.
- Your English is at near-native standard, both in writing and spoken. German - or any other European language - is a additional plus (the primary language at UZH is German, Una Europa is a multilingual alliance).
- You enjoy working as part of a team. Managing and influencing laterally is one of your strengths and you tend to see solutions rather than problems.
- You have a strong interest in topics and services related to research and education and you keep up to date with politics in Europe and the world.
- You are open-minded, curious and passionate about the impact and benefits of collaborative education and research across wider Europe.
