**Votre rôle**:

- Développer le potentiel personnel et professionnel des équipes et des individus, éventuellement à travers l’évolution de leur écosystème.
- Accompagner dans la mise en place d’un premier backlog, les équipes dans le démarrage de leur projet
- Auditer les pratiques agiles en fonction des objectifs du client, pour fournir un rapport d’étonnement, base de son intervention
- Aider à formuler leurs objectifs, intégrés dans un mandat de coaching.
- Former à l’agilité (Scrum, Kanban, état d’esprit ) - le cas échéant en coanimation - les équipes en interne ;
- Intervenir en tant que mentor pour des collaborateurs et collègues,

**Votre profil**:

- Le coach agile est acteur et accompagnateur du changement au sein des équipes métier et IT, autour des trois axes que sont : l’humain, l’organisation et la technique.
- Vous êtes au bénéfice d’une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 10 ans, dont au moins 5 en tant que Coach Agile dans des équipes agiles (Scrum, devops ).
- Vous avez une certification agile (ICP-ACC) ou SAFe (PMI ACP, PSM, CSM, CSPO, PSPO, DevOps Fundation, SAFe SPC agilist ).
- Bonne compréhension des notions de position basse, de leader au service de (servant leader), de facilitation.
- L’approche produit, l’innovation pilotée par la valeur n’ont bien sûr plus aucun secret pour vous.
- Facilitateur et agent du changement vous aidez à trouver des solutions et prendre des décisions, notamment par le biais d’ateliers.
- Vous continuez à te former et participez à des rencontres (rencontres internes, meetup), aux communautés agiles en interne
