**Document Controller (m/w/d)**
SCHWEIZ - BASEL**:

- Basel- unbefristet- Vollzeit- Pensum: 100%Ihre Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Planung und Ausführung aller Aktivitäten mit Bezug auf Kontrolle, Upload und Freigabe von projektbezogenen, technischen Dokumenten.

Ausserdem sind folgende Aufgaben essenzieller Bestandteil Ihres Verantwortungsbereichs:

- Erstellung und Überarbeitung von intelligenten P&IDs und E&I Abläufen mit COMOS, AutoCAD und MicroStation (P&IDs, Equipment-Spezifikation, EMSR Schematas)
- Dokumentenmanagement im Namen vom entsprechenden Kunden für Life Cycle Dokumente und sonstige Projektdokumentation (Erstellung neuer Schematas, Bearbeitung von Change Requests, Transfer von Rotkorrekturen)
- Aufsetzen von COMOS PQM Projekten
- Administration von Life Cycle Dokumenten im operational Business
- 1st Level Support für COMOS PQM
- Analyse, Nachverfolgung und Lösung aller COMOS bezogenen Themen
- Koordination der COMOS Oberfläche
- Durchführung aller COMOS PQM Trainings
- Direkte Kundenkommunikation im operational Business und projektintern (Bestellwesen, Koordination, Ausführung, Feedback)
- Einhaltung der bestehenden globalen / lokalen Compliance SOPs und Guidelines des Kunden

Ihr Profil

Sie sind eine leistungsstarke, ausdauernde und teamfähige Persönlichkeit. Sie besitzen Erfahrungen im Hinblick auf die o.g. Anforderungen und erfüllen darüber hinaus folgende Kriterien:

- >3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Dokumentation von technischen Projekten
- Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, bevorzugt im GMP-Bereich
- Einschlägiges Wissen der Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS-Office) und idealerweise Kenntnisse von Dokumentenmanagement-Tools (z.B. COMOS, 4Projects, Viewpoint, AWARO o.ä.)
- Starke Qualitätsorientierung
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Arbeiten hauptsächlich vor Ort, einzelne HO-Tage nach Rücksprache mit Kunde möglich
