**Customer Support Representative**

For our Customer Support Team, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative in Part-Time for our office in Alpnach-Dorf, Switzerland.

**In this role you will**:

- Handle general Customer Inquiries from Customers, Users or other relevant stakeholders internally and externally, such as order management, claims and returns, warranty, tracking of orders, invoicing and cash collections in one or several markets
- Order Management
- Conduction of other administrative work in alignment with the EMEA Customer Support
- Sales activities where applicable
- Support process improvement and implementations withing the area

**Qualifications**:
Education in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or other relevant educational background.

**To succeed in this role, you have**:

- Passion for Customers and delivering outstanding customer service
- Clear communication skills. Ability to show empathy and use a positive language
- Taking responsibility. Result oriented, with a track record of seeing opportunities and getting things done
- Ability to structure and prioritize work in a complex and international environment with various stakeholders
- Commercial mindset
- Flexible. Able to manage periods of volatile workload
- Good IT-skills. Experience from D365 would be an advantage

For being successful in this position, fluent language skills in
**German and English** are a must; French and/or Italian are an add on.
