**Deine Mission als Sales and Marketing Lead**:
In dieser Schlüsselrolle bist du der Kapitän unseres Vertriebs
- und Marketingteams. Deine Aufgabe? Deine Power und Leidenschaft sind gefragt, um das Fusion Arena Erlebnis an den Standorten Bern, St. Gallen und Zürich auf das nächste Level zu bringen Du wirst nicht nur den Betrieb leiten, sondern auch die Fusion Arena zum heissesten Spot der Stadt machen.

Aufgaben

**Was du bei uns bewegst**:

- Leitung des betriebswirtschaftlichen Office an unseren Standorten.
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Sales
- und Marketingstrategie im gesamten Pandally Fusion Arena Team, um die Reichweite zu maximieren.
- Bestehende Partnerschaften pflegen und Kundenakquise von Unternehmen, Eventveranstaltern, Teams und VR-Enthusiasten, die unsere Angebote schätzen werden.
- Führung, Motivation und Coaching deines Teams für herausragenden Service und einzigartige Erlebnisse. (7 Vollzeit Mitarbeiter)
- Planung und Durchführung von Marketingaktivitäten und lokalen Promotions.
- Verantwortung für Kundenzufriedenheit und -bindung, um unsere Position als Top-Entertainment-Anbieter zu festigen.

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder gleichwertige Erfahrung mit Fokus auf Sales & Marketing und Mitarbeiterführung.
- Strategisches Denken: Marktanalyse, Chancenidentifikation und Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien.
- Kommunikationsstärke: Fähigkeit, Interesse zu wecken und Kunden zu überzeugen.
- Führungsinstinkt: Mit deiner Führungserfahrung motivierst du dein Team und erreichst gemeinsame Ziele.
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit: Deine Passion für Virtual Reality und Entertainment ist ansteckend.
- Kreativität: Du findest innovative Ansätze, um Kunden für die Fusion Arena zu gewinnen.
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch mündlich und schriftlich, Französisch von Vorteil
- Auto Führerschein

**Arbeitsorte und Zeiten**:
Management Stelle mit hohem Aussendienst Anteil zwischen Bern, St. Gallen, Zürich und Freienbach. Zentraler Wohnungsort bzw. gute Zug/Autoverbindungen sind von Vorteil. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein Homeoffice Anteil sind bei uns selbstverständlich.
