Context

We're proud to be well positioned with our Cloud ERP/EPM solutions and in order to fuel our current and future growth within our Swiss Consulting Practice, we are currently planning to hire one experienced functional Cloud ERP Architect for our team based in Zürich or Geneva.

The Oracle ERP SaaS team is responsible for successfully implementing the Oracle ERP Cloud Solutions for our clients. Our goal is to ensure a fast and successful implementation thereby resulting in annual recurring revenue (ARR) expansion with the client. The team culture is one of quality, respect, professionalism and results. The ERP team is responsible for consulting on Oracle ERP Finance Cloud, Oracle ERP Procurement Cloud, Oracle ERP Projects Cloud, and Oracle ERP SCM Cloud.

YOUR FUTURE ROLE - Functional Architect for Cloud ERP

We are looking for a Senior expert who masters ERP Cloud solutions, business processes and technology design within the Finance and/or SCM domain. The Architect will be part of the ERP Swiss consulting team who is part of a larger ERP EMEA Consulting organization. In this position you are responsible for implementing ERP cloud solutions for our customers in Switzerland.
- Contribute and be part of building a sustainable and diverse team and community
- Define implementation roadmaps and produce project estimates with project managers
- Perform consulting presales work (product and solution presentations, participate in the proposal process)
- Contribute to high level planning and implementation methodology of the project
- Take the lead on understanding new products (integration, new features and cost of projects)
- Analyse software requirements, define solution parameters and specifications
- Conduct formal workshops with the client to agree the solution design, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customer’s needs
- Lead the function design process. Facilitate interactive design workshops
- Manage the fact-finding, analysis and development of projects
- Assess business and technical impacts of solutions

Key Skills/Qualifications
- Master Business degree/ University and or Bachelor degree in Business Economics and/or Financial Management
- Proven > 5 years’ experience working with ERP systems and/or Consulting on ERP Systems (Oracle or alternatively other leading ERP solutions);
- Any Oracle ERP Cloud experience is a plus.
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation
- Be an expert guide to our clients as it pertains to their Finance/SCM Operation and Administration, the implementation and operational use of the Oracle solutions
