We are looking for a student or part-time professional looking for an opportunity in Geneva. This person will join our IT Operations team, on a part-time set up (negotiable) supporting +200 onsite employees.
**On a daily basis, you will**:
- Manage Dell monitor defects (Organize the shipment back to the vendor)
- Receive the new laptops, tag them, and put them in stock + Update the inventory
- Prepare the brand-new devices (Staging Windows, macOS, and Linux)
- Manage the devices of the leavers (wipe, restage, put back in stock/reassignment)
- Prepare interview laptops (Ad-hoc basis)
- Manage hardware requests in general for end-users (Mice, keyboards, adapters,...)
**The skills you will demonstrate**:
- Previous working experience with hardware/IT helpdesk (min 1 year)
- Knowledge with MacOs
- Interested in a part-time position
- Fluency in English is mandatory
