The Manager Site Supply Chain Coordination is accountable for ensuring effective communication and coordination cross-functionally within the supply network (site supply chain, pharma supply chain) and with other functions (Launch excellence, Artwork coordinator, Quality Assurance, Operations).
This position is in charge of managing in a smooth and appropriate manner the implementation of any labeling changes and launches of the Boudry site. He/she coordinates activities of teams engaged in planning, project management and execution of Boudry supply chain planning, with a focus on process improvement.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the execution of all related activities for worldwide labeling variations, Launch and other packaging change for BMS portfolio.
- Work cross-functionally with artwork coordinator, supply chain and all the representative of Boudry production site to ensure labeling variations are completed successfully & compliantly by the requested implementation timelines.
- Coordinate supply activities on new packaging program implementation
- Lead regular meetings with relevant stakeholders, issues trackers/minutes and monitor task execution.
- Act as a point of contact for all labeling variations, launch and other packaging change for the assigned products within scope.
- Develop and build detailed switch planning for each labeling change.
- Be an active member of local/global meetings and representing the Boudry manufacturing site
- Initiate and follow-up Change Controls Requests in Enterprise Quality System
- Anticipate problems, keep team members informed and escalate potential/major issues.
- Identify business needs where needed and propose solutions.
- Track variations, develop and maintain relevant KPIs.
**Experience and Skills Required**
- 6+ years of related experience in Pharmaceutical Supply Chain, with launch and Artwork labeling variation
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing/supply/packaging processes
- Experience with project management, continuous improvement efforts, problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
- An understanding of regulatory requirements and management of regulatory/GMP constraints.
- Be a team player, ability to work effectively with groups in other geographical locations, cross-functional stakeholder management
- Ability to challenge status quo, is comfortable with the unknown, results oriented
- Fluent in French and English
