Project Manager Compliance Development

Aufgaben

Verantwortlich für die Abbildung der Regulierungen in den Prozessen und Systemen für das Private Banking und zwar für Regulierungen wie Nachhaltigkeit, Anlegerschutz, zentralen Produkteklassifikation, die Produkt Sustainable Finance im Anlageprozess, etc. / Verantwortlich für Formulare, Belege und Dokumentationen sowie für operationeller Support für die Fachteams / Verantwortlich für das laufende Controlling der Funktionsweise der implementierten Tools in den Banksystemen / Verantwortlich für die überregionale Supervision zum Thema Suitability und mitarbeiten an überregionalen Projekten / Koordination von Projekten und Begleitung von der Konzeption, zur Implementation, über das Testing bis zum "Go-live" der Produktion / Verantwortlich für themenrelevante Trainings und der Bereitstellung entsprechender Schulungsunterlagen / Verantwortlich für die Spezifikationen in der Business-Dokumentation / Zusammenarbeit Niederlassungen weltweit.

Qualifikation

Bachelor oder Master mit Fokus auf Banking& Finance / Erfahrung im Private Banking, in einer BigFour oder im Management Consulting / Solide Projekterfahrung / Kenntnisse der Regulierung bezüglich MiFID II, Sustainable Finance, CPC, PRIIPs-KID etc. / Als Manager erfahren mit der Führung von Implementierungsprojekten an der Schnittstelle zwischen Compliance, der Front und der IT / Analytische, problemlösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die auch unter Druck leistungsfähig und strukturiert bleibt / Interesse an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachspezialisten / Kommunikative, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit / Englisch und Deutsch.
