**Accreditation Manager (M/F/d)**:
80 % (unlimited as of 1 April 2025 or upon mutual agreement)
**Your tasks**:
- The Accreditation Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the University's accreditation status. The organization, monitoring, and support of the University's accreditation activities require continuous reporting on strategic processes, development initiatives, and operational decisions across all core activities of the University. The position focuses on the following responsibilities and tasks:
- Managing, developing, and coordinating accreditation activities as well as impact measurement.
- Preparation and submission of accreditation documentation, including drafting self-assessment reports, assessment of compliance status, and providing supporting evidence.
- Conducting effective data collection, advanced analysis, and reporting on areas relevant to accreditation.
- Coordinating site visits by accrediting bodies, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place and facilitating communication between the University and the accrediting bodies.
- Developing and implementing a robust strategy for digitized data and documentation management, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal standards and process management practices.
- Driving innovation by integrating digital tools and technology to streamline processes and improve outcomes in accreditation and quality management.
- Serving as the primary contact person for accreditation-related inquiries and maintaining strong relationships with accrediting bodies.
- Liaising with national and international networks and other universities.
**Your profile**:
- We are seeking a specialist with knowledge and skills in relevant information and data systems, coupled with experience in quality management and accreditation within a university or higher education context. You have a relevant postgraduate university degree and are experienced in accreditation procedures and standards e.g., AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA, and national institutional accreditations.
You are adept at leveraging new technologies and digital tools to analyze data, optimize workflows, and enhance decision-making processes. You are skilled in writing comprehensive reports, analyzing information and making “data speak.” Your command of German and English (both spoken and written) is very good.
You take initiative and are driven to develop and implement innovative ideas. You possess the ability to create efficient processes and procedures while being responsive to the diverse needs of stakeholders. Working with a high level of independence, you maintain a target-oriented and detail-oriented approach. Your aptitude for comprehending complex situations allows you to quickly assess and address challenges. By being a team player with a strong service-oriented mindset, you create a collaborative and supportive environment.
**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Education, etc.)
- Experience working in accreditation or quality assurance in a higher education setting
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- In-depth knowledge of accreditation standards and regulations
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player
The Quality Development service unit is part of the Ressort for Quality and Sustainability at the Vice-President's Board for Innovation and Quality. Our key responsibilities include ensuring successful accreditations, managing rankings responsibly, conducting and developing evaluations, providing monitoring tools and reports for sound programme management and maintaining linguistic integrity.
