Für den Standort in Basel suchen wir derzeit einen **Quality Control Project Lead IMP QC (5439 - LBD)**, für einen Vertrag mit einer Laufzeit von 1 Jahren. Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in verfügt über einen **Master Abschluss (oder höher) in Organischer Chemie, Analytischer Chemie oder Pharmazie und hat mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle und verfügt über sehr gute GMP-Kenntnisse.**

**Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Förderung der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und/oder externen Partnern
- Wahrnehmung von Stellvertreteraufgaben: delegierte Person der Abteilung in Arbeitsgruppen
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der Arbeitsweisen der analytischen Gruppen
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Chemical Project Team (CPT), im Analytical Development Project Team (ADPT, nach Bedarf) und Technical Development Team (TDT, nach Bedarf) sowie in Arbeitsgruppen.
- In Abhängigkeit des spezifischen Einsatzgebietes und des Bedarfes, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der/dem QC-Sektionsleitenden: (1) umfassende analytische Unterstützung der Supply-Betriebe (In-Prozess-, Freigabe-, Stabilitäts-, Reinigungsanalytik, etc.) (2) vollumfängliche analytische Betreuung der Freigabe
- und Stabilitätsanalytik von galenischen Formen für einen klinischen Einsatz inklusive einer Unterstützung bei relevanter In-Prozess-Kontrollen, (3) termingerechte Entwicklung, Optimierung und Validierung von Analysenmethoden, (4) Betreuung der Rohstofflogistik (5) Erfolgreiche Implementierung neuer Methoden (Methoden-Übergabe oder Transfer) in den Laboratorien
- Gewährleistung einer wissenschaftlich fundierten Arbeitsweise
- Kritische Bewertung der eigenen Arbeitsergebnisse
- Unterstützung der analytischen Gruppe durch Erfüllung von laborübergreifenden Aufgaben und Projektaufgaben (z. B. der Referenzstandard-Verwaltung, CSV-Business Process Owner von analytischen Applikationen)
- Umsetzen und vollständiges Einhalten der relevanten Roche Policies, Verfahren und Standards in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Umweltschutz
- Sicherstellung der Information der Labor Mitarbeitenden zu allen relevanten SGU-Anforderungen sowie deren Umsetzung
- Gewährleistung eines angemessenen GMP-Standards im Laboratorium
- Wissenschaftlich und regulatorisch einwandfreie Dokumentation der geleisteten Arbeiten

**Must Haves**:

- Schweizer Arbeits-/Aufenthaltsbewilligung or EU-staatsbürgerschaft erforderlich;
- Masters Abschluss oder höher in Organischer Chemie, Analytischer Chemie oder Pharmazie
- 3-5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung
- Erfahrung mit dem Arbeiten in Projektteams
- Solides Verständnis und Erfahrung im Umgang im mit der Analyse von klinischen Prüfungen
- Sehr gute GMP-Kenntnisse
- Fundierte Grundkenntnisse in LES (z.B. NextLab), LIMS, Chromatographie (Empower) Software
- Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse - fliessend in Wort und Schrift
