B2b Sales Executive

For our professional services branch AnswerConsulting, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record of selling both B2B software and B2B software services, in the context of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for enterprise clients.
Your target market will be worldwide and composed of large to very-large organizations spanning different industries (mining, public administration, military, pharmaceutical, fashion, etc.).
Your primary focus will be to drive revenue by actively seeking out new business opportunities and nurturing them from lead to closing.
You will be involved in:
- Driving and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Effectively orchestrating internal or external resources to support the sales cycle
- Assisting in developing the yearly sales activity plan
- Producing accurate forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
Organizing and updating internal CRM tools and defining internal sales-oriented processes
**Requirements**:
- 3-7 years of sales experience in B2B software and, specifically, software services
- Experience with OpenText products
- Experience with Salesforce products
- Being comfortable with complex and long sales cycles worldwide
- Proven experience in successful proactive lead generation and quota attainment
- A significant portion of his/her career working with international clients
- A consultative sales approach
- Strong presentation skills for delivering in-person and virtual presentations to LOB & IT audiences, highlighting your ability to build business value
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Being fluent and proficient in English (ideally C1 or mother tongue). French or German are considered a plus
- Willing to travel when permissible
- Autonomous and a self-starter
- Comfortable with multiethnic teams and colleagues
- A critical thinker and a fast learner with a growth mindset
- Tech-savvy and can quickly master new tools, platforms, and concepts
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Creative, fun, and easy to work with
