Für unseren Kunden sind wir auf der Suche nach einer Persönlichkeit für die Position als** Head of Controlling 80-100%**. Die Stelle ist per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung zu besetzen. Unser Kunde ist ein Traditionsunternehmen in der Region Olten und bietet ca. 400 Mitarbeitenden interessante und anspruchsvolle Arbeitsplätze. Das Unternehmen besitzt umfangreiche Kompetenzen in der Produktion von technisch anspruchsvollen Industriegütern.

**Ihr Wirkungsfeld beim neuen Arbeitgeber**
- In dieser Funktion erstellen Sie selbständig die wichtigsten Kennzahlen Auswertungen und Reportings zuhanden der Geschäftsleitung
- Sie fungieren als geschäftlicher Partner für den Leiter Finanzen und andere Abteilungen, indem Sie mit ad-hoc Analysen und Vorschlägen für Massnahmen unterstützen und bei der Umsetzung zur Verfolgung der Unternehmensstrategie helfen
- In Ihrer Funktion als Key User im Controlling oder als Teilprojektleiter nehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Gestaltung neuer Finanzstrukturen ein, führen Tests durch und unterstützen die Einführung der neuen ERP-Landschaft mit SAP HANA massgeblich
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Plausibilisierung der Abschlüsse in enger Zusammenarbeiten allen Fachbereichen
- Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie die fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams im Controlling

**Ihr Plus für den neuen Arbeitgeber**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre (FH oder Uni) mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Mindestens drei Jahre in einer vergleichbaren Position gearbeitet, vorzugsweise in einem Produktionsunternehmen
- Stilsicheres Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Aktueller oder ehemaliger Key-User im Bereich SAP
