Die SympaSol AG wurde im März 2022 in Olten gegründet und punktet mit einfachen und soliden Digitalisierungslösungen. Als Abacus Vertriebspartnerin fokussiert sie sich auf die Prozessoptimierung und Unternehmensdigitalisierung mittels Abacus Lösungen. Diese junge Unternehmung versteht sich als Sparringpartnerin Schweizer KMU's, Verbänden und Behörden und konnte bereits einige spannende Projekte bei namhaften Unternehmen abwickeln. Nebst der Abacus Parametrierung begleitet SympaSol ihre Kunden eng bei der Einführung der neuen Geschäftsprozesse. Um die hervorragende Projektlage stemmen und gesund weiterwachsen zu können, wird nun ein:e unternehmerisch denkende:r Projektleiter:in gesucht

Deine Herausforderung

Als neue:r Head AbaFinance kannst du dein eigenes Team sowie Marktbereich auf grüner Wiese aufbauen. Bestehende Kundinnen und Projekte können übernommen werden, aktive Akquise Tätigkeiten gehören auch zu deinen Aufgaben.

  • Beratung & Projektleitung (50%)
    • Prozessanalyse und Bedürfnisaufnahme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden (Konzept-Meetings)
    • Erkennen, inwiefern Prozesse mit Hilfe von ERP-Software-Gesamtlösungen optimiert werden können
    • Planung von Gesamt- oder Teilprojekten, d.h. Definition von Milestones, Ressourcenplanung, Koordination des Projektablaufs sowie Führung der Projektteam
    • Parametrisierung, Massschneidern sowie Implementation von ERP-Software-Gesamtlösungen basierend auf Abacus
    • Einhaltung der definierten Ziele sowie Wahrung des Gesamtüberblicks
    • Projektverantwortung sowie Priorisierung der anfallenden Tasks
    • Aktives Changemanagement sowie Durchführung von Schulungen und Support
  • Sales (25%)
    • Akquise neuer Projekte
    • Pflege und Erweiterung des beruflichen Netzwerkes
    • Up- und Cross-Selling
  • Führung (25%)
    • Schrittweiser Aufbau eines neuen Teams inklusive Rekrutierung
    • Befähigung, Weiterentwicklung und Unterstützung des eigens aufgebauten Teams

Deine Qualitäten und Begabungen

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildungen in Betriebsökonomie oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (HF, FH, Uni)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der ERP-Parametrierung
  • Abacus Erfahrung bevorzugt mit AbaFinance, Lohn & HR
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung von anspruchsvollen ERP-Projekten
  • Du bist ein unternehmerisch denkender und handelnder Mensch
  • Du überzeugst mit deiner Zuverlässigkeit, deinem Pragmatismus sowie deiner adressatengerechten Kommunikation
  • Du sprichst einwandfreies Deutsch, gerne werden auch Französischkenntnisse gesehen
