- Job summary_
In your role you will lead our local team of 6 Business Development professionals based in Zurich, and collaborate with your peers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai. Moreover, you evolve the client base and source new clients as well as expanding the existing client offering. You develop sustainable and profitable strategic relationships and collaborate closely with internal and external teams globally to ensure that our investment products and services exceed expectations. In addition, you liaise with the top Management in shaping future services and product offerings of the Group. You are internationally experienced, very familiar with the financial industry, excellent at risk assessment, and have the ability to convince and sell. With your activities, you improve existing client alliances by deepening the connection with key decision makers and set the seal on a unique investment experience for our clients.
- Your Profile_
A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in finance or a similar area with ideally 8+ years’ proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Relationship Management or related fields; preferably within the financial industry paired with excellent risk assessment skills. You are internationally accomplished and able to leverage industry relationships and have deep insights in identifying, creating, and promoting business opportunities.
With your open-minded, authentic and convincing mindset and ability to act with confidence and authority. Your high level of commitment, exceptional sales skills and your client orientation support your role as a respected senior professional on all levels. Moreover, you are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, your proactiveness and pragmatic self-starter attitude completes your profile. You are a team player, have leadership and management skills and joy in achieving great results with a strong welded team.
