**About Sales & Marketing Admin**

The Sales & Marketing admin is in charge of supporting commercial execution through administrative tasks. This involves, but is not limited to, executing contract management of HCP’s including creation of PO’s and invoices, travel bookings and arrangements for surgeons, and hospitality during customer visits.

**Tasks**
- Provide HCP compliance administrative support, including identification of HCP compliance needs, liaising with surgeons and the compliance team on HCP contract management, getting contracts executed based on templates provided by legal, and tracking of HCP fees and payments.
- Travel arrangements for surgeons for any external trainings and events, as well as for management.
- Facilitate relationships with outside vendors and partners.
- Announcing customers, managing the welcome screen for surgeon’s visits and other guests.
- Greeting visitors, helping them navigate through our office, hospitality for customers.
- Manage administrative elements of tender process.
- Marketing material logistics.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
- Experience in Sales and Marketing Administration
- Effectively present information and respond promptly (peers, managers, clients, customer needs)
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Passionate professional with the power to prioritize and multitask
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent time management skills and communications skills - interpersonal skills to interface with cross functional team, as well as people internally and externally
- Welcoming, open personality with a big heart for customers.
- Fluent in English, other languages an asset.

Distalmotion is a medical device company founded and based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
