**Job Description**:
As (HEOR) Manager, you execute global health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) strategies demonstrating the clinical and economic payer-relevant value of our launch and marketed assets. In this function, you support and plan on evidence generation, value creation and defense, as we seek to secure optimal patient access, prepare for HTA assessments, and support formulary listing.

You work with cross-functional team members and country colleagues, to better appreciate evidence gaps and develop evidence generation plans within and beyond our clinical development program that shape the value proposition for our assets.

Job Responsibilities
- Literature reviews (targeted and systematic), health-economic modelling input research. Undertaking reviews of relevant clinical and health-economic evidence, clinical guidelines, and Health Technology Assessments (HTAs)
- Evidence generation and synthesis (such as meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons), PRO validation activities and health-economic modelling adaptations (CEA, CUA, BIM) to demonstrate the economic value of products
- Engage in study management, supporting publication efforts such as organization and development of conference abstracts, posters, and journal manuscripts, and developing country support materials (slide decks, webinars and other materials) and their dissemination.
- Provide economic modeling expertise to support planning and strategy for HTA and value assessment submissions and engagement (e.g., ICER/NICE/CADTH, EUNETHTA). Key project deliverables include: model conceptualization, development of model analysis plans, programming of core economic models in MS Excel, interpretation of model results and sensitivity analyses, and technical report writing
- Provide timely and strategic recommendations by identifying appropriate comparators, target patient populations, and endpoints for the purpose of relative value demonstration.
- Contribute to evaluation of new modeling vendors and/or partnerships
- Communicate internally and externally with various medical and non-medical stakeholders.
- Actively contribute to the annual brand planning and budgeting process to ensure adequate support in meeting HTA requirements.
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
- Advanced degree in Health Economics, (MS, MPH, PhD) or a related discipline preferred
- Minimum of 5 years is required with relevant pharmaceutical industry or consulting experience in the area of Economic Modeling, Meta Research, Health Economics, Health Technology Assessment or equivalent experience
- A good understanding of integrated evidence plans, healthcare environments, affiliate pricing & reimbursement needs
- Experience of working with health economic models (including adaptations of Core models) and conducting meta-analytic research to support product value propositions
- Ability to effectively interpret and communicate health economics research results to internal and external audiences through impactful recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in participating in collaborative work teams at local and global levels.
- Confidence in relevant programming tools (R, Matlab, VBA, Stata and the like) is considered as a plus.
- Travel - Position requires up to 20% travel
