**Sales Manager International Distributor Business, Kobold**:

- In this exciting position surrounded by a multicultural team, you will be part of our International Distribution Business (IDB). IDB is dealing with international, independent business partners that purchase products from Vorwerk and sell them, adhering to Vorwerk guidelines, in their respective markets. With our Kobold and Thermomix business lines we are operating globally in 40 markets.
- As Sales Manager you will deal with our worldwide Distributors for the Kobold cleaning system and cover the following responsibilities:

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence for assigned markets
- Analyzing monitoring and driving KPIs to assure growth in each country assigned through setting and negotiating sales goals and helping to achieve them: Based on the sales force development, general indicators, and on-going country conditions, discussing and timely auditing our Distributors’ sales targets in order to ensure the accomplishment of Distributor’s objectives and the achievement of the expected growth rate.
- Being guide, trainer and mentor of the distributors and their sales force:

- Introducing our cleaning system and implementing all the aspects related to our direct sales systems (door-to-door and referral): demonstration process, recruitment and structure of the sales organization, compensation methodology.
- Periodical and practical side by side with the sales force in order to double-check the quality of our sales systems carrying out.
- Visiting the countries within the portfolio to support the development of their business
- Scouting new areas for future Company’s development and searching for new partners
- Setting and following the opening of a new country or the closure of non-performing ones
- Managing the launch of new products
- Responsible market conducts: Continuously motivating our Distributors, making them feel like an extension of our structure by transferring our know-how, services and support. Caring for their local needs therefore paving the way for a very long-term relationship, by being a reliable hence demanding interface. Such a fair a professional behavior will then magnify the whole Vorwerk image and reputation.

**Your Profile**:

- Experience in direct sales
- Fluently in English negotiation skills, any other languages are of advantage
- Good skills in analyzing and focusing on key points
- Very good communication and intercultural skills
- Good business attitude and entrepreneurial skills
- Readiness for business travel to key distributor countries
