Regional Store Design Project Manager

In this role, you will implement regional stores rollout, manage the development and organisation of store design (SD) opening projects around the Europe-Africa Region. You will develop and advance the brand's Store Design in collaboration with the Global teams and partners to ensure that guidelines and processes are respected to maintain brand consistency. You will support Regional stores rollout by perfecting store operation.

**How you will create a beautiful impact**:

- Site Studies new/renewal location & brief validation
- Project Coordination external/internal store opening across stakeholders; Shop fitters, Local markets, Retailer approval.
- Control project installation budget and schedule, work with teams to ensure all projects stay within budget, come in on time, and have an ease of execution in store to ensure proper set-up.
- Coordinate and provide general clarification to any contractor queries, communicate with vendors, contractors and consultants, coordinate technical data with suppliers, and provides feedback to the department.
- Coordinate implementation of digitalize platform across the region.
- Collaborate with Global teams on Regional requirements.
- Assist the Head of Store Design and Merchandising in the conception and development of regional architecture design.
- Validate technical drawings, elevation plans, 3D representations for design projects.
- Lead bidding process for project allocation.
- Ensure the quality technical build drawings for all projects in the region.
- Coordinate VM orders and on site delivery for store opening.
- Attend stores installations, complete snags list and follow up with suppliers.
- Overlook store report from the local project manager or external partner for maintenance.
- Follow up on existing store status.
- Approval of replacement / orders repair services.
- Define & develop store processes and implement systematized work practices.
- Provide feedback on engineering alternatives, when needed.

**What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent**:

- Architectural or Engineering degree.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the field, luxury brand is a plus
- Strong leadership and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse reports
- Proficient in current industry standard computer skills: AutoCAD
- 3D skills: Rhino, Studio Max and Sketchup, Cinema 4D
- Possess a practical background in retail design and development.
- Possess a practical background in logistics and process development.
- Willingness to travel (30%)
- Fluent in English, all other languages are an asset.
