**Mes missions**
- Réaliser des maquettes en respectant la charte graphique de la marque ou du produit
- Améliorer l’expérience utilisateur selon une démarche User Centric sous forme d’ateliers et en parallèle avec le travail en méthode agile des Business Analyst et des Software Engineer
- Participer à la construction et à l’évolution du Design System pour nos clients ; capacité à concevoir à partir d’un Design System déjà en place
- Consolider et concevoir l’architecture de l’information, réaliser des wireframes puis créer des maquettes et prototypes animés
- Suivre l’intégration des maquettes, fine tuning des animations avec les Software Engineer
- Participer aux campagnes de tests utilisateurs et à leurs mises en place

**Mes qualifications**
- Solide expérience en tant que UX/UI Designer
- Bonnes connaissances du marché des technologies innovantes ainsi que des outils suivants : Figma, des autolayouts aux tokens, Zeroheight pour documenter le design, la suite Adobe
- Compréhension des contraintes HTML, CSS
- Expérience dans la conception des produits digitaux pour le secteur des assurances sociales, un plus
- Esprit d'équipe, capacité d’écoute et d’analyse, rigueur et autonomie
- Forte capacité à animer des ateliers avec les clients afin de comprendre et d’intégrer les besoins en design et utilisabilité
- Compréhension et restitution des usages de façon intelligible sous forme d’écrans et les faire vivre lors de présentation et ateliers clients
- Langue maternelle française ; bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
