Pour notre département **Développement et Marketing** à Lausanne, nous recherchons un:
**UX/UI Designer Interfaces Digitales Client (h/f)**:
**Vos tâches**:

- Vous êtes responsable de l’UX/UI des interfaces digitales pour les clients finaux, de bout en bout au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire
- Auditer les interfaces digitales existantes et faire de la veille technologique (ex. chez la concurrence)
- Evaluer les efforts UX/UI de nouveaux projets et/ou évolutions
- Animer des ateliers avec des utilisateurs finaux et/ou avec d’autres parties prenantes
- Formaliser les recommandations et spécifier les parcours/flux utilisateurs et les écrans
- Organiser des tests d’utilisateurs, identifier les besoins d’amélioration et proposer des solutions
- Définir les spécifications UX/UI pour les développeurs et soutenir la mise en œuvre
- Participer aux rituels agiles avec les développeurs et contrôler la qualité des livraisons en termes d’UX/UI
- Coordonner et superviser les ressources externes UX/UI
- Assurer que toutes les interfaces digitales soient uniformes en se basant sur un design system commun et en respectant les consignes de l’identité visuelle
- Assurer la gouvernance interne

**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez une bonne expérience en tant qu’UX designer/ergonome en agence ou dans une autre entreprise, une expérience UI sera un atout
- Vous maitrisez l’approche Mobile first, les guidelines iOS et Android, et vous avez une bonne connaissance des tendances et usages mobiles
- Curieux, vous aimez aller à la rencontre des utilisateurs, comprendre et analyser leurs comportements
- Vous maîtrisez les fondamentaux de l’ergonomie mais savez parfois vous en affranchir pour proposer des interfaces innovantes
- Le travail d’équipe fait partie intégrante de vos méthodes de travail
- Pointu, vous vous tenez informé des tendances, des nouveaux usages mais aussi des nouvelles méthodologies
- Vous maîtrisez les outils de UX design tel que Figma
- Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, diplomate et pédagogue, ces qualités vous aideront à mener à bien les séances de tests avec les utilisateurs et la transmission des retours de ces derniers à l’équipe de développement
- Vous êtes attentif aux tendances du marché pour imaginer des fonctionnalités pertinentes et des évolutions
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais, une bonne connaissance de l’allemand serait un grand avantage
